Refund policy

This page informs you of the Refund policy when you use Fee payment services on the site (https://OurVidyalaya.com) of Progressive Software Services. By using the Service, you agree to the Refund policy as laid below. Unless otherwise defined in this Refund policy, terms used in this Refund policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and conditions, accessible here.


In case of an error encountered in online fee payment, such as:

  • During the online payment through credit/debit card if the payment gets debited and the internet goes down due to some external server malfunction or any other similar happening
    • or
  • The system fails to generate the required acknowledgment due to internet malfunction
    • or
  • Payment gets debited twice due to server error
    • or
  • The system couldn't display the required reference number of the payment
    • or
  • The system couldn't take you back to the origin School's site if the payment has originated from there

    • In such cases if the customer gets intimation from their respective bank about the authenticity of the said transaction, then the school will give back a reversal of the amount. This reversal would be the responsibility of the corresponding school and Progressive Software Services would enable such reversal. Progressive Software Service would act as the mediator in such an event, and in no way held liable for returning the payment.
